How EMF Exposure Can Damage DNA — And What That Means for Your Health

We live in a wireless world — smartphones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth devices, and now 5G are all part of our daily routine. This technology may offer us convenience, but it also brings constant exposure to EMFs (Electromagnetic Fields) - invisible energy waves emitted by these devices.

EMFs can cause oxidative stress
